About

TWO MISFITS GO TO EXTREMES TO MAKE SENSE OF WHAT LIFE HAS HANDED THEM.

All Talk is an original online series that follows the escapades of Russell Moretti and Casey Doyle (two misfits that go to extremes to make sense of what life has handed them). The series follows this unpredictable friendship and how Russell Moretti and Casey Doyle help one another in unforeseen ways-- while making you laugh. All Talk explores where we fit into this world when it becomes a place we no longer recognize (save for our all-too-familiar self-sabotaging antics).

Season 3

Moretti and Doyle’s relationship takes an interesting turn. Guest star Jason Mewes stars in season finale.

Season 2

With Moretti in hiding, Doyle acts as Moretti’s Talk coach and tries to help him face the past he’s been running away from. When Moretti sees the truth in Doyle’s wisdom, their friendship takes a turn.

Season 1

When we meet our heroes, Doyle finds himself stuck living with his parents and having suicidal thoughts after being dumped by his long-time girlfriend. He seeks out Moretti, a self-appointed “talk coach,” whose set-up is anything but professional.

The Backstory

Back in early 2015, Jim (fresh out of grad school) approached Michael (semi-retired from acting) about creating a project that would give them both the opportunity to express their voices. At first, it seemed to be a project that was just for the sake of doing it, but shortly after watching their very first episode, they were convinced they were onto something special.

After a few years of writing scripts, looking for funding, assembling a team, securing funding and reassembling two more teams, All Talk is finally being brought to the masses.

From the very onset, this production was incredibly blessed with a slew of people who helped make this dream become a reality. We are very grateful to everyone and consider all of them a part of the All Talk family. An ever growing dysfunctional family—but still family.

from start to finish, this is hilariously entertaining.

Jim Tierney (Writer/Producer of All Talk) has been writing plays since 2003, producing his own work in both New York and Los Angeles. In 2009, he was the winner of the Shotgun Theater Festival at the Gene Frankel Theatre. His two plays “Banshee of Bainbridge” and “Mush” were participants in the New York International Fringe Festival in 2010 and 2011. He took part in the Labyrinth Theatre’s One Act festival, where his play, “Broken Machine Love” was developed into a full-length play. In the summer of 2015, he was part of the Labyrinth Theatre Company’s Summer Lab. Jim holds a Bachelors of Science in Creative Writing from New School University and an MFA from NYU’s Tisch Shool of the Arts, Dramatic Writing Program. Almost entirely to spite his friend Michael Tranzilli, Jim Tierney has also appeared in Law & Order, even though he is not an actor.

Michael tranzilli

Michael Tranzilli (Actor/Producer of All Talk) hails from Philadelphia’s Germantown. One winter, on a break from the family business (Tranzilli’s Real Italian Water Ice), he wandered into an acting class at the Walnut Street Theatre and the rest is history. He moved to NYC a week before 9/11 and has been toughing out life in the Big Apple ever since. Tranzilli is a member of the Drama Desk Award-winning The Godlight Theatre Company, and has appeared in many productions with them, most notably Fahrenheit 451, Blindness, Slaughterhouse Five, 1984 and The Pilo Family Circus. Astute viewers of daytime television may have seen Tranzilli on All My Children, The Young and the Restless and As the World Turns. He’d like to say he’s also been on Law & Order: Criminal Intent but alas, it remains a pipe dream.
