Season 1

When we meet our heroes, Doyle finds himself stuck living with his parents and having suicidal thoughts after being dumped by his long-time girlfriend. He seeks out Moretti, a self-appointed “talk coach,” whose set-up is anything but professional. Now, it's true: Moretti gives affordable therapy. But, out of his van? What? During his lunch break in between moving jobs? Say again? And not only that, he LIVES in the thing.His qualifications? He worked at a Barnes and Noble for four months in the self-help section. You heard right. No degree. Life is his qualification. On the other hand, he's affordable– especially for the uninsured.


Episode 1

When a desperate Doyle seeks out Moretti and confesses that he’s ready to kill himself, Moretti calls Doyle’s bluff and takes him to a bridge to try and convince Doyle to jump.

Episode 2

When Doyle awakes from a horrifying nightmare, he opens up to Moretti about his break up, but Moretti continues to interrupt him; fascinated that Doyle’s story includes Russian men.

 

Episode 3

After comparing injuries they both endured as children, Moretti gets Doyle to dream about something highly unrealistic only to criticize him for not being a good enough dreamer.

Episode 4

While driving, Moretti teaches Doyle how to be more like Jesus, but when he gets into a minor car accident, Moretti takes off committing a hit and run.
